AVOID THIS DEALER Horrible service.we bought a Truck and wanted it serviced for a simple trans problem after owning it for a week and a half. Had to wait two weeks before the even mentioned a rental car. We sent it to our ford dealer, they wanted to fix the truck at this own place. Had to wait another two weeks for the truck to go back to them. It has been at their shop now for two weeks and has not moved. Everytime we call, no one knows what is going on with the truck or where it is. No one ever answers the phone or calls back in a timely manner. They are time consuming for no reason. Worst service department I have ever seen. More

We first looked at a Jeep Grand Cherokee and the payments were more than I wanted to pay. John then found us a Cherokee with everything I wanted in it. I was interested in buying a used truck that was in my budget, I went to a few dealerships before and most of the salesmen where very aggressive and p I was interested in buying a used truck that was in my budget, I went to a few dealerships before and most of the salesmen where very aggressive and pushy about buying a car, even though I explained I was not looking to buy right away unless I find an amazing deal. But when to Precision I saw a truck that I was really interested in and when I walked inside I met a salesman named Christian and he showed me the truck. Talking with Christian was very easy and he came off really professional and very informative, he was not aggressive and pushy about buying the truck. I explained that my credit was not the best but wasn't bad either. Christian worked with me patiently and him and the Sales Manager Jim were extremely helpful and worked with me to get an amazing deal that was just under my budget!! They made me feel very important and comfortable.
