stay away I had the worst experience with the service department. I dropped off my car for recalls. When I went to pick it up (after hours) the car was waiting I had the worst experience with the service department. I dropped off my car for recalls. When I went to pick it up (after hours) the car was waiting for me in parking lot. They did the recalls but at the same time left a broken car for me to pick up. They claimed it was a "bogus" light but nobody checked it before they had the car ready for the pickup. Nobody answers the phone, they just have a voicemail and dont call you back. I had to leave the car and follow up numerous time as they did not bother to call me about the "bogus light". Finally they fixed the light and left a car for me to pickup. I asked them TWICE to leave car keys inside the car as I was picking it up after hours. I go to pickup car and the car keys are not in car!!!! Once again, numerous phone calls, voicemails and finally they admit they did not put the keys inside. Not even a sorry, apology for the inconvenience... I asked to have the keys mailed to me. Its now 3 weeks into simple recall service and I still dont have my keys back. I keep on calling and they keep on saying they are mailing it. Also now navigation does not work (after the recall job they did??)and I need to have a spare key to drop off car for service at different dealer. My hands are tied as they are trying to avoid me about the key situation. They deserve 0 stars due to lack of communication skills, poor service, and shady attitude. More
Went a few weeks ago to look at cars and put down a refundable deposit. Salesman was wonderful, but I couldn't get to a number I wanted. Went elsewhere. Asked for my refund back in store, manager/ow refundable deposit. Salesman was wonderful, but I couldn't get to a number I wanted. Went elsewhere. Asked for my refund back in store, manager/owner that sits behind the desk (white male, glasses, orange hair) calls me over. Asks why I didn't take the car. I informed him that it wasn't gonna work out and that I don't need to provide him anymore information. Manager/owner screams at me and calls me a petulant child and that karma will get me. He then refuses to give me my credit card back and my refund (which I am entitled to via the contract) and threatens to call 911. Refund was eventually issued. DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE. GO ELSEWHERE. If I could leave a zero star review I would. More

About two weeks later they started to not only make a god awful noise but actually were close to failing. We brought the car back to be fixed. During an encounter my wife had with "Brian", he was very rude to her and told her she should do business elsewhere if she was unhappy. Two months later the brakes are failing again. We have brought it back and after speaking with someone else I was told they had used "after market parts" and the breaks and rotors have now been replaced a third time. In addition to the above I must say we also found the process of buying my wife’s car unpleasant as the salesman was very obnoxious, with some staff making rude comments. More

Essentially a senior employee - the Service Manager told me to take my business elsewhere after a brief back-and-forth about not being able to complete my pre-scheduled appointment to repair a recall notice for my Ram ProMaster on 12-19-19. Based on the context and relative normal tone of our conversation, for this employee to make this statement indicates that this is not the first time he’s handled an issue this way, nor the last. I double-checked my appointment specifics (only because this same thing happened to me on a previous visit to this service department) and it happened again today. When ownership looks the other way in mandating it’s employees service its customers properly, there’s a deep problem. My recommendation - you’ll be better served taking your business to another dealership. More
Not your typical sleazy car salesmen at Precision. First of all, you should know that I am wary of car dealerships as I think many of the salespeople are unethical. I was pleasantly surprised to meet John JB Barrett who is as honest and sincere as they come. He was patient with me and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the deal. I was also impressed with the manager Joe Loonam. There was a slight delay in acquiring the Grand Cherokee (Not JB's fault) but Joe made things right - I am a happy customer and will recommend everyone to this dealership. Ask for JB!!! More

Then I spoke with Angela who would not provide me with the owners information so that I could reach out to them for Assistance. Would not recommend this dealership. You can buy a car anywhere but the services was going to sell the dealership. After this experience I would NOT recommend it!!! More

My wife and I started this journey, to get a new truck to replace our 2008 Tahoe, we looked at the Ford Explorer had a good experience with one dealership, then went to a different Dodge dealership after seeing a ad from them. My wife called and had an extensive conversation with them about the price as she did not want to waste their time or ours, after driving there and going on a test drive the price changed. We left, going to Precision was like a breath of fresh air, the whole staff were very professional and pleasant. I would recommend dealing with Precision to anyone and everyone. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealerships sales team!!!! Great Job I would give them 10 stars but only goes to 5!!!!! More

Probably one of the best, low pressure salespeople I ever dealt with, however the customer service skills of this dealership suck. Prior to leasing, I was doing research on the Jeep website (The National website for Jeep, not this dealer's local website). When you look at the build and price section of the Jeep Compass to build a vehicle you are told that the UConnect 3 with 5 Inch Display comes standard with Sirius XM Satellite Radio. I was also told at the Dealership that the Jeep came with satellite radio, and also actually had a brochure inside the vehicle welcoming me to my 1 year subscription of satellite radio and to enjoy it. Long story short, after delivery of the vehicle, come to find out the vehicle does not have satellite radio, nor is it even capable of receiving the satellite radio. You would think the dealer would know their own product, and Jeep would not put brochures in cars not so equipped. Jeep actually admitted the mistake of saying satellite is included in the UConnect 3 with 5 Inch display, and removed the statement from their website. You would think this is a simple problem for the dealer to resolve, but their best option was for me to go buy an external satellite receiver and run wires all over my car. I can only imagine this same issue has happened to tens of thousands of other people and hopefully we can get a class action suit going against Jeep, but this post is about the Precision Dealership, and not Jeep. You would think the dealership would offer to swap out radios, or give me a couple hundred bucks for misleading me, but nothing, they would rather lose a customer and any possible referrals that customer may have. So in summary, the dealership does not know their product at all, and could care less about you once you take delivery of your vehicle and they get your money. However, Anthony Ciasulla is a nice, friendly salesman who is easy to work with, besides for not knowing his vehicles very well. His boss on the other hand, must be a real xxxxxxx. More

I dropped off my Dodge 350 Dooley at the Dodge dealership in Butler between 4 and 4:30 yesterday afternoon for an oil change I picked it up between 6:30 and 7 AM today I immediately got in and drove away 5/6 miles to my home so I could go to work upon exiting my truck I immediately noticed huge scratches on the driver side back fender & the wheel’s Chrome rim was touching the rubber of my tire, and the rim was scraped and damaged, Making it dangerous to drive, it was bad so I called up the Dodge dealership who practically told me that because you “drove it off the lot is not their problem”, so I called the Dodge dealership back to speak with somebody else. I was connected to Brian who came on the phone I’m guessing he is the head of the butler Dodge dealership. I explain the situation to him, then he became belligerent next he was very very rude told me that I drove my truck too fast and said I must've done it myself and if I was to call the police that he would turn it around and file a claim for fraud damage claim done towards me which really upset me to the point where I was crying and he hung the phone up I called my friend, he was with me when I dropped off my truck and picked it up who then got on the phone to Brian Who proceeded to tell him the same thing only without the threat of pressing charges against me for “False claim” but then proceeded to tell him that I, Penny, was allowed to be on Butler Dodge dealership property again, with that was said I went to the police department in Butler; because I had already called them. after the first phone call. But after my conversation with Brian, which was very upsetting. I went and filed the complaint against Dodge for Damage to Personal Property. Meanwhile I cannot go to work today because my truck is undrivable due to the incident at Dodge. Tomorrow, I am supposed to use the truck to drive 6 professional show horses to Pennsylvania for a horse show that are owned by my clients, which may result in a loss of wages and possible accounts because of this Incident. Now have to try and find another truck. My truck is unusable! Can you please help me resolve this issue as it is a little Trumatic right now thank you. Penny More

My sales consultant Brian B and the sales manager Joe L made me feel extremely comfortable and didn’t pressure me into any decisions. The “mom and pop” atmosphere and friendly/knowledgeable employees surpassed my expectations by far. The worked with me and set me up with a phenomenal deal and financing package. I highly recommend Precision Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram!!! More
