We brought our minivan, which is still under warranty, to get repaired 3 times and the communication from Candice Sebastian all the time was inexistent. She never called and we ended up always asking wh to get repaired 3 times and the communication from Candice Sebastian all the time was inexistent. She never called and we ended up always asking what was happening with the car and when it would be ready after a few days in the shop. This week we had the car in for service again and no phone call at all. We called and got Brian the manager on the phone. He reported that nobody was able to look at the car and they were to busy to give me an estimated time for time or day of the week when a diagnosis could be made....His final answer was: If you don't want to wait, come and get your car! Nothing I can do about it.. As a manager this guy is rude, has no patience, lack of care and most importantly, not thriving for customer satisfaction. We picked up the car the same night after they were close..it was still sitting in the same spot in the parking lot, unlocked with the keys inside...anyone could have just drove it away... This is the worse costumer care I ever received and will never come back to this place. More

Worsts experience every! My Jeep was there for more then a month. Service Manager was rude, yelled at me and told me to come and get my Jeep that he was tired of my xxxxxxxxx. Had to have my Jeep towed out a month. Service Manager was rude, yelled at me and told me to come and get my Jeep that he was tired of my xxxxxxxxx. Tim was excellent! I loved the whole experience. It was my first time shopping there and night and day to what I was used to from other dealerships. Didn’t have to spend hours haggling to get to a fair pr my first time shopping there and night and day to what I was used to from other dealerships. Also, I was there for a about 20 minutes after the test drive to get to the bottom line. I think left and was called by Tim to complete my closing documents about 3 hours later. Walked in, reviewed the documents, signed and in my new truck in about 15 minutes. The whole process was so painless. More
