Recently, I brought my Jeep in for service to address a chip in the windshield. After receiving approval for the service, I expected that a new windshield would be installed. Upon completion of the chip in the windshield. After receiving approval for the service, I expected that a new windshield would be installed. Upon completion of the service, the chip was only sealed, and the windshield had not been replaced as anticipated. As a result, the visible crack remains on the windshield. Given that the Jeep is relatively new, being only six months old, a more thorough approach should have been taken regarding the windshield’s appearance. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. More
