He was very friendly and even was able to work the price a little more than i was hoping for and i now have a nice used car with low miles. It was such a pleasure talking with him about the Jeep I was interested in, the price I was willing to pay, interests rates, and answering any questions I may have had. We communicated by emails and phone calls and when we agreed upon the terms, I was at the dealership the next morning by 9:00 to go over the terms again, take a test drive, sign the papers and was at work by 11:30. They had the car ready for my son to pick up at 5:00. I also met with Steve Bernstein, the business manager, who did not push to sell any extra items. He even got me a lower financing rate than the one I was offered through my bank. I would highly recommend Precision, Chris and steve to my family and friends when they are ready to buy a car. That same day, I received a phone call and email (2 days later) from 2 other Jeep dealers. When I told them I purchased a Jeep through Precision for the terms that I had also presented to each of them, both of them were surprised that I was able to accomplish the purchase. Neither one of the other 2 dealerships were willing to work with me, they asked for outrageous down payments and high finance terms. I had even purchased 4 new cars through one of the dealers. I had been shopping for a "new" used car to replace my old Jeep that was causing me headaches.
