I think I found my new home for service for my Challenger who I lovingly call Ashley. Both Brian and RJ were great to work with. They understood my concerns with my vehicle and did their best to address my needs. RJ kept me informed at each step of process. Recently, I brought my Jeep in for service to address a chip in the windshield. After receiving approval for the service, I expected that a new windshield would be installed. Upon completion of the chip in the windshield. After receiving approval for the service, I expected that a new windshield would be installed. Upon completion of the service, the chip was only sealed, and the windshield had not been replaced as anticipated. As a result, the visible crack remains on the windshield. Given that the Jeep is relatively new, being only six months old, a more thorough approach should have been taken regarding the windshield’s appearance. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. More
