We were looking for a "Family Truckster" for family vacations and we decided on It has been an absolutely great pleasure working with Joseph Zazula. We were looking for a "Family Truckster" for family vacations and we decided on the 12 passenger Transit. We built our own Transit 0n the Ford website and picked out everything we wanted. Then we talked with Mr. Zazula to make sure that we were making wise decisions. He ordered our "Family Truckster" and he was amazing throughout the entire process. While we were taking care of the final paperwork, he showed our 2 and 6 year old granddaughters the little pink Mustang, the showroom, the elevator, and they really had a great time with him. We saw one on their website about a month ago so we called a salesman named Ricky to see what deals they had. Ricky got us a REALLY good deal. I was shocked how much rebate we got and the other stuff they gave us was a surprise! I am not kidding this was the fastest easiest car deal I personally ever had. I have had alot of new cars and this was the simplest experience on record! Jim the finance director made sure we got the best rate . A WAY better rate than what we had before.We did everything by phone and the next day we picked it up. I personally shy away from dealerships because of past experience of being held hostage for hours. Not true here. I cannot believe it. It was everything I have ever wanted. I LOVE our new car too.
