My Power Ford Experience I was faced with having to find another vehicle because I was very unhappy with what I was driving and wanted very much to be back in a Ford. I did not want to experience what I had recently and end up with something I didn't want again. I decided to reach out to all the Ford dealerships and Juan with Power Ford was the only one to respond in the most professional manner and took the time to answer my questions concerning deals and rebates. So decided to pay them a visit. The receptionist immediately assisted in getting a sales person for me and that's how I met Joe Manriquez. He treated me with great respect and took the time to give me all the options available to me during my search for a Ford Explorer. I was impressed with his knowledge of this vehicle and made sure I found the one that had all the options and features that I was needing and then some. Joe has been exceptional with following up to make sure everything is still going well even after the purchase. I want give the whole Power Ford team I worked with during this purchase a big "way to go" for going that extra mile for me, I was upside down with my trade and the fiance department made it possible to be in the vehicle I have been only dreaming about. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

This is what customer service should always be Was having some battery issues. Showed up less than 2 hours before closing for something that would take about 2 hours to diagnose and fix. As it tu Was having some battery issues. Showed up less than 2 hours before closing for something that would take about 2 hours to diagnose and fix. As it turned out, it took nearly 3 hours because the battery would not cooperate. Travis stayed and addressed the issues well past closing time. Although they could not get the battery to fail (part of the diagnostics), they replaced my battery under warranty. They COULD have sent me off with a bad battery and a “we did all we could.” Everyone was helpful, honest, open, and most importantly accommodating to me, and took care of me as a customer. Nobody who stayed gave me looks or attitude about being there late (you know the looks and attitude when some people want to go home, and to xxxx with YOUR problem)! Thank you, Travis, and the rest of the service department who took care of my problem with courtesy and professionalism when they would have preferred to be home eating dinner and spending time with their families!
