He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We hold on to our vehicles for a long time and we hadn't purchased a new vehicle since 2005. We had so many questions and the new SUV'S have so many new features on them, I felt overwhelmed. Sal was polite and showed us (more than once) how to use every feature on this Explorer. This whole experience from start to finish was the best car buying experience we've had. We felt we got a good deal, I love everything about my new Explorer. I have my four year old grandson with me a lot and this Explorer feels very safe to me. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Sal Rogo to family and friends. More
