Ron, the service manager was very helpful. Honest and straight forward as to what the problems were and what caused the problems. He helped to get me the best deal on the repairs that the car needed. The work was done in a short period of time for the amount that needed to be done. Ron even had a good talk with my 18 year old son on how to treat and more importantly not treat the vehicle. Jeff, the sales manager, gave me a credit on the exhaust system repairs even though it was not covered under the warranty. I will continue to have this vehicle serviced at Poulin even though it is a 45 min. drive from my home. More

I truly have mixed feelings about this dealership, while I said i would recommend it there are business ethics I didn't like. I'll start with the positive first... Having not the best credit poulin auto does work with that, they all were very friendly to talk too, and being that I lived far away the salesman even offered to drive an hour and half to pick me up! I have to say it was this gesture that made me decide to travel an hour and a half and go with this company! While I left with a vehicle ..I wasn't that happy when leaving. The salesman I dealt with in my opinion lied to me in an email stating I qualified for a certain car and when I drove all the way up there suposedly that car wasn't available but yet it was on the lot. Also it seemed the only vehicles I qualified for were the the ones that I'm sure had been sitting there forever due to check engine lights on or some sort of mechanical issue. I even had a good amount to put down. I would have walked away if I had not driven so far to get there! Needless to say I left with a vehicle I wasnt very excited about at first . I love my suv now but really wish they were upfront with me in the beginning before I got there and was able to pick a vehicle I was happy to purchase within a price point. More

While on a 'ride' to a business appointment the battery light came on. We pulled into this business and proceeded to be continually surprised by the friendliness and professionalism directed towar battery light came on. They took us right in, diagnosed the problem, located the part needed and got to work ! We had an appointment to get to and since there was no Loaner car available, they offered to drive my husband 45 minutes, one way, to be sure he got to his appointment. I waited for the car to be done and discussed another 'issue' we had been dealing with....Again, they went right to work, diagnosed the issue and proceeded to fix that also.....In their waiting room they have two large comfy sofas........quite relaxing when you have an unexpected wait for approx 3 hours.....large screen TV..... no clock !! to fixate on --cudos to them ! ...... While waiting, one of the Employees asked me if he could buy me lunch (after I asked him to retireve my almonds from the car).... Overall the experience was as enjoyable as it could have been. For a Traveler to have to 'pop in' to a local sales/service location where you do not know anyone can be quite intimidating ..................The folks at Poulins not only fixed our car, but also made us feel very relaxed and confident that we were being taking care of both professionally and honestly. I bought a car from here that had a check engine light on so they "claimed" to fix it then a couple 2-3 months later I brought the car back to be inspected..thats right they didn't bother doing it before the so they "claimed" to fix it then a couple 2-3 months later I brought the car back to be inspected..thats right they didn't bother doing it before they sold it. The exhaust needed work and they had to replace the o2 sensor which they had supposedly fixed before even though there sales person said don't worry it runs good probably a silly sensor (which you need for inspection) anyways when comfronted with why I was paying for something that they had just done, they flat out lied to me and said my car had 2 o2 sensors. The total bill in excess of 400 dollars just a couple months after I had bought it from the same place. They are "built on commitment" only problem is they are committed to ripping people off. While we waited for hours for the work to be done they wouldn't provide me with a loaner vehicle to take my 8 month pregnant wife to get lunch, obviously I didn't expect 4.5 hours of work to be needed after just buying the car. The whole place is a joke. More
