My experience with Poulin Auto was outstanding. They worked with my credit and my amount of income to finance a new car. With the help from Matthew Hill I was able to find the right car that was perfect worked with my credit and my amount of income to finance a new car. The whole thought of buying a vehicle and having a car payment is overwhelming to me.I contacted Celeste Brasseur to become pre approved before going into look at vehicles, although I knew what I was look payment is overwhelming to me.I contacted Celeste Brasseur to become pre approved before going into look at vehicles, although I knew what I was looking for in a vehicle. Being honest with Celeste about what I was looking for in a vehicle and what I would negotiate on for options was extremely helpful, it also helped Celeste and Dan be better prepared for me when we arrived. Celeste was amazing, considerate and patient with me. When I went to look at my new vehicles, Celeste had a salesman waiting for me and a vehicle all set for me to test drive. Dan Casavant was great! He was very, very patient, considerate, helpful and respectful of myself and my children. He walked me through the vehicle and all its options. Through out the entire process, the staff was amazing with my children. Dan went above and beyond to help me with my children while I was signing all the paperwork, helpful with getting me all set for our drive home. The service department allowed them to watch cartoons, Dan tried to keep them occupied, Celeste found them blocks to build with. I can not stress enough how helpful everyone was with my family. This is the biggest reason why I would highly recommend Poulin Auto of Barre when looking for your next vehicle. By the way, I love my new car!! More

The team at Poulin Auto worked very hard and managed to get me financing despite the fact that I have poor credit, a low down payment and have only been at my job for two weeks. They are an excellent group get me financing despite the fact that I have poor credit, a low down payment and have only been at my job for two weeks. They are an excellent group of people who will listen to your concerns and find the best fit for you. You get treated like a human instead of just a commission check. The made sure I was comfortable during my wait. They got out coloring books, crayons and puzzles to keep my 2 1/2 year old and 20 month old busy and happy. They are absolutely wonderful and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a car. More

I had spoken/emailed with Ashley quite a bit and told her what I really wanted to do with a trade in I had and what kind of vehicle I wanted before actually coming in and looking at just any vehicle. I was p what I really wanted to do with a trade in I had and what kind of vehicle I wanted before actually coming in and looking at just any vehicle. I was probably being a pain and shouldn't have been so picky since I wasn't really in a place financially or credit wise to have so many demands lol. I am also a severe procrastinator. Finally, I went in to see Ashley and we spoke and she had someone look at my trade in and then she said "I think I have a vehicle you might like". I said "Of course you do" very skeptical of the whole "used car" lines. Naturally, she pulls around in the exact vehicle I was looking for. A little newer than I could I afford, I knew right away. We went to her desk and joked around while the trade value came back and sure enough they offered me A LOT more than I had truly anticipated. With my credit not being the greatest and a little waiting game the numbers finally worked out to make the wife happy and I drove home in my new truck. Ashley was VERY personable and real. During our test drive she explained how the management team and sales department are trying to rebuild the image and reputation of Poulin Auto to the local community. I think with the effort and dedication Ashley put in to get me what I needed, and to not quit on me, was enough for me to believe that Poulin Auto is hiring the right people to reshape their image. On a side note I was verbally told that the bumper, which had some rust on it, was going to be replaced. Come to find out it is only being repaired and was written up as only being repaired. I thought was a little sneaky but....and yes I am still procrastinating on setting up that appointment. I can here Ashley now reminding me to call in! Everyone was very outgoing and kind. My sales rep, Matt Hill was an awesome help to me and he did everything he could to make me happy. By the end of the day I was very happy to be driving away with a new Hill was an awesome help to me and he did everything he could to make me happy. I went toPoulin Auto Sales after being for all purposes ignored by another dealership and they were fantastic. I went and saw Ashley and she bent over backwards to be accommodating. As a returning customer I was already aware of the great service I could expect. The sales team was very good about helping us get a car that would be exactly what we needed and worked hard to get financing service I could expect. The sales team was very good about helping us get a car that would be exactly what we needed and worked hard to get financing close to the perimeters I needed. They were very kind and respectful at all times. I was a little surprised to get a phone call telling me that they were successful getting me financing but not for the car that we had test driven and agreed upon. I expect it was just an unfortunate choice of words. I think the sales staff just wanted us to be certain we had explored other options so we were certain we had the right car for us. We, without a hitch, got the car we intended without any pressure thanks in large part to Nathan, so very much appreciated. More
