Make sure you check what you buy THEY LIE TO SELL!! I went to get a 2017 Nissan Sentra S I told the sales guy (TOM) that I wanted 3 things on my car Manual Transmission, Back up Camera and the Bluetooth I went to get a 2017 Nissan Sentra S I told the sales guy (TOM) that I wanted 3 things on my car Manual Transmission, Back up Camera and the Bluetooth for my phone and my music" I told him I hate cables around my care and I was a MUST to have Bluetooth. He showed me the turbo tht has everything but it was a little to expensive. He showed me the Sentra S he said has everything but the near camera I said ok I want it. I took my car and everything came back the next day my car has no Bluetooth for music. Not even 24 hrs that I made the purchase the General Manager (John) said he can't give me my money back because I already drove the car not even 24 hrs !!! I been trying to get my money back but they don't want to do it because they too lazy to do paperwork. General manager told me you want what you want and things doesn't work like that EXCUSE MEEE IS MY CAR I WANT WHAT THE GUY PROMESSED ME THE CAR HAD! My advice to everybody here is to doble check the car because they do whatever to get the sell but the one who's going to be dealing with the car you don't want is you BECAREFULL with this dealership! However, I found the whole experience to be disorganized, and too lengthy compared to another dealership I had dealt with previously. The dealership seems to lack coordination and service details. Unfortunately ,turned out my credit rating was only fair, which they found after we had basically completed the 'deal' and contract rather than before, resulting in an increased monthly payment and an inclusion of a co-signer. If I had known in advance I would not have purchased the car but I felt I was too far into it...maybe that was the intent? Also it was not thoroughly explained to me the difference between one model and the other so I forfeited some amenities that I had expected. Nissan's 'plain jane' certainly is basic! Therefore I'm not totally satisfied with the vehicle I purchased and unfortunately will have to live with it for 3 years. It seems so unfair that a car cannot be returned or even exchanged. When we went to pick up the car , several purchase details had not been completed resulting in myself and my disabled sister to wait 21/2 hrs to finally drive away. In conclusion I must say that in spite of their friendliness the dealership experience was not 1/2 as pleasant or satisfying as my previous ones. I cannot recommend this dealership. Sorry. More
