Very disappointed with Poughkeepsie Nissan. I bought 4 vehicles from this dealership, but after this experience, never again. My A/C was blowing warm air. They charged me $485 and then recom I bought 4 vehicles from this dealership, but after this experience, never again. My A/C was blowing warm air. They charged me $485 and then recommended nearly $4,500 in repairs, including an EGR valve and cooler, which are not part of fixing the A/C problem. I got a second opinion, and another mechanic found the actual problem was the A/C compressor. After replacing it, my A/C works perfectly. They also refused to properly resolve my concerns. I feel I was seriously overcharged and misled. I do not recommend this dealership. I’m attaching both invoices as proof. More
