White Glove treatment I was very pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism received during my last service visit. Miguel Rosario is to Potamkin what Jose Fer I was very pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism received during my last service visit. Miguel Rosario is to Potamkin what Jose Fernandez (RIP) was to the Marlins. He is friendly, efficient and hits home runs. When picking up my vehicle not only was it washed, it was vacuum and tires dressed. The magic started at drop off. The staff makes a great team, I been a customer since 2014, this time I was really blown of the water. When I arrived to service, I realized I had forgotten my crutches (I had an knee surgery) and phone charger. Miguel's first concern was my well being. He helped me get to the Lobby and for me to wait there. While in the lobby I asked the wonderful cashier , if she had a phone charger I could borrow. Not only she lend me the charger, she also offered me to keep it for the day, and assisted me with the coffee - Five start white glove service service or what!!!! Miguel returned with the paper work and David the shuttle driver. Not only did David move my briefcase and lunch box from my car to the shuttle, he even offered me some crutches they had in storage. At the rental place he made sure I was attended and again moved the stuff from the shuttle to the loaner. With this quality of service the only thing missing are the white gloves!! More

They Triple the Price of Any Repair My transmission broke and they wanted to charge me $3100 to repair it. I went to another location where they charged me $900 to do the same job. Recall Service I received a recall notice in the mail and called for an appointment. I arrived on time and was assisted by Monica Kaatz. She was very professional I received a recall notice in the mail and called for an appointment. I arrived on time and was assisted by Monica Kaatz. She was very professional and patient with me. She explained to me the purpose and the process for possible repairs. She kept me informed from the time that she got my car keys until I was on my way out the door. I believe that she is outstanding with her dealing with the public. I will make sure that I ask for her every time that I have to have any type of service done on the car. More

Swindled on an extended warranty I thought I had a good experience buying a car in 2010. The sales person (actually the business person doing the financial closing) convinced me to pu I thought I had a good experience buying a car in 2010. The sales person (actually the business person doing the financial closing) convinced me to purchase extended warranty when I told him that I keep my cars for many years. This was sold to me for $1,300 as a bumper-to-bumper warranty. After a few years I had maintenance done at another Hyundai dealer and asked if I could use the extended warranty there. They told me that I need to check the policy. Only then I realize that they never gave me a policy, only the sales receipt, which included a "service" line for $1,300. In the following several weeks I tried to contact them by phone and email to solve this problem and always got the run around. Finally, in 2016 my clutch broke and I took the car there. One nice salesperson helped me find the company's name (from 2010) that issued the warranty. At that point I though I was good. Later the service department called me to tell me that a broken clutch is not included in the warranty and it would cost $1,100.00. I fought for a couple of weeks with no success. I always had a manual car and never had a clutch problem. My car is only 35k miles. I must say that the service man, Miguel was great and helpful, but the head of the service department, Carlos Mercado was rude, patronizing and extremely disrespectful when I was trying to explain that I felt swindled by purchasing a $1,300 extended warranty for nothing. I will never go to this place again. More
