Yeah right! Not sure where these glowing reviews came from but not true!! They told me they had a red 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe sport. When I got there they showed me a red 2016 that didn't even have the specifications asked for. They gave me no reason why they would lie to me after I specifically called at least three times. I even got a true car price certificate and they refused to honor it and tried to add more money onto the price after I got there. Stay away or you'll regret it! Where is experience ever in all these years. More

I spoke to Jack Schwartz a few days prior to visiting the showroom, he gave me a an ironclad price and a promise to honor it, we all heard this before. I went to the showroom meet Jack very nice guy. Jack introduced me to my salesman Ariel Rodriguez, great guy took me to see the models available, never tried with upgrading or options. I then meet the finance manager, Cesar Salazar who went over different products including warranties. no beating over the head to sell the upgrades.In closing I really didn't want to travel to Manhattan to buy a truck, but from the time I left my house in Queens I was at the dealer in 10 minuets right over the Triboro. Do yourself a favor save time and gas and go Potamkin Hyundai first you will not be sorry More
