My vehicle needed replacement of the water pump, thermostat and two hoses. The bill was outrages.... $ 850.00???? You got me this time, but although I live 4 blocks away from your dealership I will never come back and pay you outrages prices again. More
I took my 2011 ram 2500 in for a manafold leak on 2/25/14 they told my it should be done in one day they also told me there was a recall on the tie rod and did I want them to fix also I said sure we where in they told my it should be done in one day they also told me there was a recall on the tie rod and did I want them to fix also I said sure we where in Orlando for Disney by the way so we figured one day with out our truck would be ok.Well that's where we were wrong after I yes I call at the end of the day to find out the status I was told they snapped 2 studs off ok accident and one fell in the head of my engine .Now I was told tomorrow it would be done and no it wasn't . I was told they had to send it out to a machine shop and yes all the communications was me calling them not one update from Tony. So I asked for a loaner Tony told me they don't offer them but he could give me a deal on a rental. Ya I should pay for a rental because they broke my truck . I ask to talk to the service manger Mike after a day of phone tag I gave just wanted to enjoy disney.So day three I call to check and I was told tony was at the mercy of the machine shop meanwhile spending sixty dollars for roudtrp taxi rides to disney three times . Day four Tony calls me around 4 pm tells me my truck is done yaaaaa I said did you fix my tie rod tony says sorry I didn't order the part so I just gave up I went Saterday to pick up my truck it was Saterday no tony no mike just a nice young kid who gave me my keys. I left and stopped to get gas as I looked at my truck there was grease hand prints on the hood and the interior door panels kinda the straw that broke the camels back. So I returned knowing it was Saterday I went in to the sales manager very nice gentlemen he told me mike the service manager would contact me Monday and he did he apologized told me if I wanted to come back down 14 miles away they would clean my truck then he told me he would find me a tie rod and call me by the end of the day The End never heard back yet Tuesday eve I would be out of business if I ran my company like this . I would not recommend there service to any one. I'm sorry that I had to write this but it was just unbelievable how bad the easy repair turn into a nightmare More
I have been coming to this dealership for over a year now, it's where I always get my oil change and have purchased new tires. Back in June 2012 - June 2013 the service was great! I recommended this place to everyone and even when I moved away would drive out of the way to this dealership for my service visits. The service center employees were extremely pleasant and I felt like they truly were looking out for my vehicle and myself. However, the past 2 times that I have come to get my oil change, the service has been mediocre at best. The first visit they were "so busy" they couldn't even print a receipt for me. The most recent visit the staff was unfriendly and I felt like they didn't care and I was more of an inconvenience. I find it extremely important to have a car dealership and service center you trust, and I no longer feel like this is the location for that. I am not sure if there was a management or staffing change in the past 6 months, but it definitely does not feel like the same dealership I used to use. More
Took my 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 into Posner to have the pinion nut recall done. The service writer greeted me first thing in the morning as I arrived, had everything in order and was very friendly. He had coffee ready and welcomed me to relax, and I chose to wander the lot for a while, then the showroom. The truck was taken into service right on time. About 1 1/2 hours later, the service tech came in, told me he was done, and explained all he did. Excellent service and an excellent atmosphere. We also took my wife's 2007 PT Cruiser into Posner last year for the lifetime warranty inspection and were equally pleased. More
The service NEVER gets any better. On December 8, 2011, I had a wreck and brought my Jeep in, with the left side of my Jeep damaged requiring body and paint repair as well as my Passenger side window shatter had a wreck and brought my Jeep in, with the left side of my Jeep damaged requiring body and paint repair as well as my Passenger side window shattered. The Jeep was returned to me with shards of glass never removed and I had to find this when a passenger Family member rode in the back. This was brought to the attention of the Service manager at the time; he did nothing. Early October 2013, I brought my Jeep in for warranty repair. After keeping my Jeep for the better part of 4 weeks, they used my gasoline for transport my Jeep around, without having the professional courtesy of replacing what they used; you would think that would be a part of customer service. After 4 weeks, I find out that parts are still on order, they never took care of the rust on the hood that was the original reason my Jeep was dropped off, the only painting they "supposedly" we're the fender flairs, that "NEVER" needed painting in the first place, so I seriously doubt there was any painting done at all, and all this after 4 weeks. So basically, my Jeep sat at this place of amateurs with nothing getting done, other than them using my gas in my Jeep. This is pathetic, and I expect someone in this poor excuse of a dealership to actually take ownership of their mistake and resolve this. More
Worked hard to find a problem that was hidden and very very hard to find. They did so without forcing me to pay for all the hours they worked and did a great job on repairing my vehicle. The service writer was up beat and friendly and tried to help in any way he could. The service manager was super and supportive during the whole procedure and followed up on the progress. A salesman who worked there made me feel comfortable and asked me if he could do anything to make my wait less stressful and even brought me coffee while I waited. More

I had just bought new Jeep GC and was given a special $7 dollar oil change. I brought one of my service vehicles in and had the oil changed. When I questioned why a $7 oil change suddenly cost $30 Chapman s dollar oil change. I brought one of my service vehicles in and had the oil changed. When I questioned why a $7 oil change suddenly cost $30 Chapman suddenly called for the service manager saying I was unruly.... Don't they train their service people??/ A guy like that is dangerous. I will no longer go to Posner for anything. Sorry Ben my wife is going elsewhere for the 300. You did a good job but I wont deal with the service department. More

I decided on Posner because it is closest to me. I wanted my Jeep looked over and needed an oil change. Because another dealer did not help me out at all, Jimmy was able to explain the maintenance schedule t my Jeep looked over and needed an oil change. While my Jeep was being looked over, the rear differential came up as not quite yet needing the oil changed, but I went for it any way. I was told about 45 minutes to get it done and in less than 30 minutes I had my Jeep back. The oil change was done so fast I almost missed it happening. Everybody from Jimmy to the parts department were super nice, and offered answers to questions I had about my Jeep. I am actually sorry I did not buy my Jeep from them, but They will service my Jeep!
