Dead battery yikes Last week I woke to find a dead battery. Upon charging it and then looking to replace it ourselves we opted to take it to Posner. I left work that day in the blistering heat went straight to the dealership. Express lane it is. Brittany took good car of me. The price ended up being less than the quote (happy dance). Stay away Went in for an oil change and rotation, was going to get some warranty work done also. The service person told me my warranty was over. I then had to Went in for an oil change and rotation, was going to get some warranty work done also. The service person told me my warranty was over. I then had to pull the paperwork out and go over it with her. She did not know what she was doing. I spoke with the service manager on my prior visit and he said just come in when you get your next oil change and we will take care of you. They didn’t, even when I told this to the girl at the counter. I would not recommend going for service there. The mechanics are just parts replaces and do not rotate the tires correctly. Makes me want to buy a foreign car. More

Getting warranty work done The service department has come a long way in a short time. In September of 2018 I went for warranty replacement of the seat cover. I met the new service manager and they got the work completed in a week. All of the work I have needed since the new service manager has been completed to my satisfaction. More

Dishonest and shady! I bought 2 oil change package from them a while ago, I went today for my second prepaid oil change. they waited until my car was done and then told me I bought 2 oil change package from them a while ago, I went today for my second prepaid oil change. they waited until my car was done and then told me that the package that I purchased had expired and that I owe them $82 for oil change to my 4 cylinder Chrysler 200. I had to pay or they wouldn't give me my car keys, they also had a police car parked right outside. More

Terrible service for my 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 I made an appointment for my truck to have it serviced and vehicle recall fixed on January 23rd 2pm. I waited over 2 hours for the vehicle and the on I made an appointment for my truck to have it serviced and vehicle recall fixed on January 23rd 2pm. I waited over 2 hours for the vehicle and the only thing gotten done and completed by 4:10 pm was an oil change. They never addressed my recall repair. When I made the appointment I said I would wait for the service to be done and I was told it would take about 90 minutes to complete. I had another personal appointment at 4;30 the same day and I asked if it would be completed by 4 pm meaning oil change and software upgrade. I was told I should have it completed by 3:30 or 4pm the latest. Needless to say it didn’t happen. They said I need to reschedule another appointment. I did but not with posner park dealership! They lost a customer.. More
