They must fix their phone system. The warranty people tried to call multiple times to give approval for work on my car. Service reps end up giving their personal phone number to clients because no one can ever get through. They try hard to please but their phone system starts everyone off annoyed. Worst experience ever. I had a 1pm appointment to get my brakes done. I waited in the lobby. At 3pm I went to the front desk to ask how much longer. I took my car in to get the water pump replaced. They first scheduled me and didn’t even check if the water pump was in stock, it wasn’t & I’m the one who had to call the parts department to find that ou first scheduled me and didn’t even check if the water pump was in stock, it wasn’t & I’m the one who had to call the parts department to find that out. They tried to schedule me without having the part in stock or checking to see. Once I checked that it wasn’t in stock, I ordered it myself. They quoted me $540 and then once I dropped the car off, texted me to tell me it was going to be $1100 because they wanted to replace the thermostat, which I just replaced a couple months ago, along with a bunch of other add ons that I did not need. I’m female & I know they tried to take advantage of me. More
