My appointment was at 1230 I dropped my car off and told the guy checking me in to let me know if repairs will be more than an hour, to know if pick up arrangements needed to be made as I work from home and the guy checking me in to let me know if repairs will be more than an hour, to know if pick up arrangements needed to be made as I work from home and needed to get back. At 230 I had to go look for someone to find out about my car which the man stated it’ll be done in 20 minutes. 330 rolls around and the guy that checked me in stated they had to keep it for 2 more hours due to a special part needing to be picked up from another dealership. I asked if I could bring the car back for this to be completed he said no. I asked for a loaner vehicle was also told no they didn’t have any. I was also told I lived too far for the shuttle. finally at 545 I was free to go. From 1230-545.. Needless to say I spent my day there. My car isn’t even 2 years old but next time I’ll turn the radio up a little louder to drown out the noise it’s making just so I don’t have to go back to this place. More
Horrible, waited 2 hrs past appt. the mechanics rawhide my truck, manager never called back when I left a msg. It’s a one person deal(ex shop manager for Mercedes) and told me the hard accelerations were from traffic and the redline rpm was due to my clutch felt weird. It’s a brand new clutch, diesel truck and to top it al off… the truck still pulls to the right! Will escalate the case since the management here is non existent. I’ve called two times and not calling again. Yvette(service advisor) or whatever her name is and the mechanic just made excuses for their actions when I explained I watched the whole deal when they left the lot, have the text alerts for when they were racing my truck(it’s not stock and pretty quick). Denied it all till I showed them. Also, my wife and sister in law were at a house behind the dealer and seen them driving like idiots. Guess we will see how far this goes. Unacceptable at any dealership. More

They must fix their phone system. The warranty people tried to call multiple times to give approval for work on my car. They finally left a message which no one could access so they ended up calling bac tried to call multiple times to give approval for work on my car. They finally left a message which no one could access so they ended up calling back. This delayed the approval process by 2 days. It’s the phone system. Service reps end up giving their personal phone number to clients because no one can ever get through. They try hard to please but their phone system starts everyone off annoyed. Fix this and the rating would be 5 stars. More

Worst experience ever. I had a 1pm appointment to get my brakes done. I waited in the lobby. At 3pm I went to the front desk to ask how much longer. They said they had completely forgotten about me and my t brakes done. I waited in the lobby. At 3pm I went to the front desk to ask how much longer.
