Took my 2023 Dodge Hornet to get a dome light issue repaired. In the process of the repair they broke the clips from a plastic cover. Instead of replacing the cover with a new one they decided to glue repaired. In the process of the repair they broke the clips from a plastic cover. Instead of replacing the cover with a new one they decided to glue the clips back on. But after a few days in the heat the glue softened and the cover fell off. Now I have a broken cover unable to put back on. This is a brand new car I bought at this dealership and currently has 5000 miles and they could not order a new cover. Had a follow-up visit. They acknowledged their mistake and were able to replace the cover temporarily while they ordered a new part. I worked with Stephanie, she was very helpful and responsive. Although I am disappointed on how they initially handled the broken part, I have to say, I am impressed with how they stepped up to make it right. More

While I have been a loyal customer of this service department team working with Service Advisor Louis for years, he has always been amazing. Unfortunately, after receiving my Jeep immediately noticed that one of the accessories, a window vent on the Driver Rear Window, was missing. I asked if it might have fallen out when they were working on it, but was told that no one knew anything about it? I asked to speak to the manager and that was when I met Tom, who I was told was the Service Department Manager. After a few minutes of back and forth, Tom said to me..."If the part was lost it wasn't their fault as windows are supposed to be opened" Even though the window and its operation had nothing to do with why I brought my Jeep to the dealership. I told Tom that all I wanted was for the tech who lost my aftermarket accessory to just admit they may have lost it and apologize. I would have left a happy customer and replaced it myself. But unfortunately, Tom wouldn't relent and dug his heals in insisting even if they opened the rear window and it fell out, it wasn't their responsibility. While the part they lost was only about $60.00, Tom's lack of customer service, and professionalism only increased to the point where he threatened to ask me to leave the dealership grounds, which I was already doing. I told him he sucked at his job and that I would write this 1-STAR Google Review, and his response, as I was walking away was...and I quote..."Go ahead and write a review and have a nice day!" in a sarcastic and demeaning way which was witnessed by Louis and another Service Advisor. While I have always enjoyed working with Louis, who immediately sent me a very professional text message, it's apparent that he has more customer service acumen than Tom will ever know. I will never return to this Service Department and unfortunately all Tom accomplished today was losing this otherwise loyal customer. Next time Tommy...try to deescalate situations rather than insisting you are right at all costs and costing your company future business. P.S. You really do suck at your job. More

On Saturday 2/3/24 I went to take my Jeeps with my husband for an oil change and comma rotation service. We gave the complaint to the person in the area, they took photos and said on Monday 2/5/24 the complaint would be made with the service manager, still at this point I am waiting for the call from Mr. Thomas Harper if it is possible call Mr.... My husband went yesterday because after doing the service the Jeep Mojave has a strange movement when it goes over 65 miles. They refused to touch the jeep and verify what was happening in it and when he went to talk to Thomas Harper he found him talking dirty about Hispanics with another person in the office, YOU WORK WITH MANY LATINOS TO BE TALKING THAT WAY ABOUT A COMMUNITY THAT MOVES YOUR BUSINESS and a lack of respect for the customers who buy cars there. My husband went to look for the General Manager and he was not in the office. He then finds Thomas Harper sleeping in his office, lying down doing nothing to help my husband with the situation in his Jeep. There are proof photos of Thomas Harper sleeping in his office. My husband asks about my wife's claim about the earrings and the response from one of the employees was that she has to call. I called the dealer several times today to verify the claim and no one answers, I left messages and I still have not received a call or message from her. WELL ANNOYING, we are talking about earrings that cost 3,000 dollars, they are not factory earrings..... and no one does anything. The only person who tried to help WAS Justin Valcarcel (service advisor) and the manager did nothing, he just poked fun at the situation. From today 2/6/24 still waiting for the call...…. More

Took in on Wednesday on Monday I called to check on my truck and they said it required a sensor that would take 8-9 weeks to get. Then they told me that the computer could be reflashed as a temporary fix for the issue. They wanted to charge me almost $900 to reflash, the truck only has 23,000 miles on it, and is still under warranty. They are a rip-off dealership. Will never get my buisness again. More
