horrible service went for oil change, they did not do it My new Jeep stalled on the highway twice, it was time for an oil change so I took it in. I checked the oil before I left it with them and it was a qu My new Jeep stalled on the highway twice, it was time for an oil change so I took it in. I checked the oil before I left it with them and it was a quart low. When I got my car back 5 days later I checked the oil and it was still a quart low. I was told there was no problem with my car, and given a check list of all th e things that they "checked". including the oil. They told me that over filling the gas tank caused the car to stall 3 time. I do not trust the service department at all. My car had 3452 miles on it when I took it in, it is a new car. More

I mentioned several time My 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan broke down and had to be towed to the Pasner Park CDJR dealership on Thurs July 11 afternoon. I mentioned several times that we were checking out of our hotel at Disney Polynesian resort on Friday morning and if my car was not ready, I would have to book another night. The service tech Freyni ensure me they would call me by 9am on Friday with the status. Friday at 8:30am I called them and was informed my van had not even got into the shop yet. I mentioned again that I needed to know by 10:00am if I had to book another night. The service rep said he would check and call me back in 5 mins. Over the next two hours I tried calling the service center and even left a message for the service manager to call me(still waiting for his call back). At 10:15am I had to book another night at my hotel. At 10:30am, the service center called and said my van was ready to be picked. Because of the dealership not caring about my concerns, it costed me $450 to book Friday night at my hotel, plus $275 for them to replace the battery. When I picked up my van, the service rep agreed, he should of called me sooner. If he did, I would have not had to book another night and save $450. More

Kudos to Stephanie and Savannah in the Service Dept for the excellent care and courtesy given to us while our Jeep was being fixed... Look forward to dealing with them when needed.. More
Dead battery yikes Last week I woke to find a dead battery. Upon charging it and then looking to replace it ourselves we opted to take it to Posner. I left work that day in the blistering heat went straight to the dealership. Express lane it is. Brittany took good car of me. The price ended up being less than the quote (happy dance). I even manged to get an oil change. All with in an hour and half. Good work, good price. More
Stay away Went in for an oil change and rotation, was going to get some warranty work done also. The service person told me my warranty was over. I then had to Went in for an oil change and rotation, was going to get some warranty work done also. The service person told me my warranty was over. I then had to pull the paperwork out and go over it with her. She did not know what she was doing. I spoke with the service manager on my prior visit and he said just come in when you get your next oil change and we will take care of you. They didn’t, even when I told this to the girl at the counter. I would not recommend going for service there. The mechanics are just parts replaces and do not rotate the tires correctly. Makes me want to buy a foreign car. More

Getting warranty work done The service department has come a long way in a short time. In September of 2018 I went for warranty replacement of the seat cover. I didn't get the w The service department has come a long way in a short time. In September of 2018 I went for warranty replacement of the seat cover. I didn't get the work completed until 2019. I met the new service manager and they got the work completed in a week. All of the work I have needed since the new service manager has been completed to my satisfaction. More
