Not at all happy with my experience. Ram advertises that the 1500 truck can tow over 11,000 lbs (when properly equipped). We went to this dealer telling the salesperson that we were looking for a tow vehicle for a toy hauler camper. We were sold a truck that was equipped with extra large mirrors, brake control unit, in short a truck that appeared to be setup for towing... Four months later we went shopping for our camper only to have the camper salesperson ask about the tow vehicle. I responded “we have a new Ram with the Hemi”, thinking that we were set. After a couple questions we discovered that our “tow” vehicle has the 3.21 gear ratio and it can only tow 7,500 lbs. I contacted Ram directly and the response was “that’s a dealer issue”. I contacted the dealer and the manager ponned us off to a salesman that claimed that he REALLY wanted to help us. His solution to his companies “error” (my opinion).... He offered a full retail price of $6,000 to swap out the gears to the 3.95 or an auction value for our truck as a trade in. Basically no accountability for them selling us a non-towable tow vehicle. Yes, I should have done more research about what “properly equipped” meant but in my defense we told the salesperson and the rest of the truck was loaded with tow equipment. Since I learned about the gear ratios, I’ve discovered that almost all of the Rams on the dealer lots have the 3.21 gear ratio (Except Rebels which all seem to have the 3.95). The Rebel is marketed as a sport truck and the 3.95 is quicker off the line, the 3.21 gets slightly better gas mileage. It all makes sense unless you’re looking to tow but that was not disclosed by any dealer throughout our extensive shopping. To top it all off, I mentioned that I would be writing reviews only for him to threaten that the help they’re offering us will go away if they see a negative review. I’m losing nothing since they offered no help to begin with... Attention Posner, I’ll revise this review if I get real help in solving my problem... More

Worst seller services ever! TERRIBLE AND DISHONEST 2017 Charger took to Posner Park Dodge first 4 or 5 oil changes. Never once got a window sticker with the correct mileage, Oil on steering wheel multiple times. Never once was a paper floor mat used. Service writers are rude and have a careless attitude, yet they all ask you to give them a 5 star rating at the end of your appointment. (Very unprofessional if you do good work you don't need to ask for 5 stars duh!!). Had them rotate the tires and the techs (if you can call them that) used a thick wall socket on the lugs and rubbed the paint off on my wheels. And finally the worst of the problems. After noticing the lack of quality on the first couple of oil changes, I became weary and started inspecting the engine to see if they actually changed the oil. Yes the oil was always new and clean, but when I looked at the plastic oil filter housing it still had dust all over it. Anybody that has ever changed oil on a vehicle knows it is almost impossible not to spill a drop or two of oil and have to wipe it up. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were 100% perfect and did not have to wipe up the housing. Took it back for the last oil change and same results, there is no way they could be perfect every time, so I got my tools and opened the oil filter housing and yes oil spilled over the sides and I had to wipe a little up, thus cleaning/wiping the dust off of the oil filter housing. The filter in side was completely falling apart disintegrating. 20,000 miles and my oil filter had never been changed. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Not for service or to buy another vehicle, and this includes Lake Whales Dodge and Winter Haven Dodge seeing how they are owned by the same crooks! More
