Went to the dealership for a engine light on the dash. After waiting two hours I was told they were having trouble and needed more time. I then said I couldn’t wait so they gave me a loaner car. When I called the next day I was told they couldn’t get at it until Monday or Tuesday at the earliest. I need to clarify I drive a 2020 Pacifica hybrid. I also was set to return home to Wisconsin on Monday. I told them I needed my car so it never was repaired and they wanted to charge for the loaner. This should not have happened in the first place. If they didn’t have the proper personal to do the work they should have not taken the car in. I purchased the vehicle there however its quite unlikely I will do any further business with them. More
Poor customer service, poor management, weak finance department that only cares if you buy all the extra nonsense. Customer care is bottom priority, I made an appointment for 2pm get there sit there department that only cares if you buy all the extra nonsense. They tell me nope sorry still waiting to be seen. Then they tell me you need to leave it, which is ok I just need a loaner to get back and forth to work. NOPE ! sorry can’t help you all out of loaners, ok how about a rental from a local place. NOPE! We don’t do that! Their response take more time off work to not be seen and the vehicle still not be fixed. Don’t buy here, don’t do service here, even if it’s your dream car just wait and find it else where. More
My appointment was at 1230 I dropped my car off and told the guy checking me in to let me know if repairs will be more than an hour, to know if pick up arrangements needed to be made as I work from home and the guy checking me in to let me know if repairs will be more than an hour, to know if pick up arrangements needed to be made as I work from home and needed to get back. At 230 I had to go look for someone to find out about my car which the man stated it’ll be done in 20 minutes. 330 rolls around and the guy that checked me in stated they had to keep it for 2 more hours due to a special part needing to be picked up from another dealership. I asked if I could bring the car back for this to be completed he said no. I asked for a loaner vehicle was also told no they didn’t have any. I was also told I lived too far for the shuttle. finally at 545 I was free to go. From 1230-545.. Needless to say I spent my day there. My car isn’t even 2 years old but next time I’ll turn the radio up a little louder to drown out the noise it’s making just so I don’t have to go back to this place. More
Horrible, waited 2 hrs past appt. the mechanics rawhide my truck, manager never called back when I left a msg. The mechanic didn’t know we had telematics in the truck(monitors speed, throttle etc) and he t my truck, manager never called back when I left a msg. It’s a one person deal(ex shop manager for Mercedes) and told me the hard accelerations were from traffic and the redline rpm was due to my clutch felt weird. It’s a brand new clutch, diesel truck and to top it al off… the truck still pulls to the right! Will escalate the case since the management here is non existent. I’ve called two times and not calling again. Yvette(service advisor) or whatever her name is and the mechanic just made excuses for their actions when I explained I watched the whole deal when they left the lot, have the text alerts for when they were racing my truck(it’s not stock and pretty quick). Denied it all till I showed them. Also, my wife and sister in law were at a house behind the dealer and seen them driving like idiots. Guess we will see how far this goes. Unacceptable at any dealership. More

Everything seemed to be OK at first. Sales was a bit pushy, but nothing I couldn't handle. I ended up buying the Dodge Challenger. After having it for 2 days (and putting less than 100 miles on it), I q pushy, but nothing I couldn't handle. I ended up buying the Dodge Challenger. After having it for 2 days (and putting less than 100 miles on it), I quickly realized it wasn't the right car for me. Not every dealer will give you a few days to try the car and Posner is no exception. After notifying dealer that I wasn't happy with car and wanted to bring it back for the Charger, I was informed it should be no problem. However, as I talked to another sales rep I was informed that I was going to have to take about a $4k hit. Again, not even 100 miles. xxxx, they sell cars brand new with more miles than that. Anyways, I looked at a few different dealers and thankfully Airport Chrysler was able to get me into the Charger and take the Challenger off my hands without any financial loss. We're heading there this week to buy a Chrysler Pacifica for my wife. Won't go back to Posner. More
