I waited 3 hrs for an oil change while 5 cars came in after me and were taken straight to the bay. I had a 9 am appointment and I left the dealership at 12 noon and then only because I complained. I was not greeted relatively, I was new and walked in at 0800 just to be told to get back to my truck, and they would come see me. I tried to explain but was hush to follow instructions. So I felt out of place and wrong (Inclusion none). I waited just to be ignored. However, Jeff, a service rep, came to see me with a smile. I was instructed by Jeff to meet him inside, and the same service rep (Female Latin 07/15/2023) who made me feel out of place told me what I was doing to please wait outside. The moment I opened my mouth, she treated me like I was xxxx. I tried to explain I was instructed to come inside. When I had time to speak (she just stared at me, hinting to go), I explained what Jeff told me, and he will meet me inside. She then realizes her mistake and apologies. We are all human, and we should never lose the revolutionary approach to customer service. I recommend she reads Ken Blanchard's one-minute manager books to improve her inclusion goals. So Five stars minus 2 for bias discrimination. The wait took five hours to service, clearly, your team needs better pay and retention goals. 3 Stars minus 1 for a long wait. Got home to discover 2/4 of my tires are very old. The DOT number is 19th week in the year 2005 and 17th week of 2007. My passion and career is being a DOT Coordinator. I train and facilitate the rules and regulations of the Department of Transportation. 2 Stars Minus 2 for safety negligence. But one star is required to post. The other two tires are 19th week of 2019. Still near the 6-year mark, nonetheless a safety issue. I am too tired to even think about going back for 4 new tires to be in compliance with the DOT recommendation (Not required but still unsafe). More
