Uneventful experience. Went as expected. Mike Ferguson & service manager Dave Ferguson are both always pleasant & helpful. This visit was for my 15,000 mile service. The only issue I've had with porter Nissan service is when I had to come back 4 times when they couldn't get my hatch to work properly. They finally gave my murano to their most experienced technician & he finally corrected the issue. On previous visits they were not updating the program. That was very frustrating. More
