Due to the nature of the issue, my car had to stay in the shop for a few days. They got me set up with a loaner vehicle and sent me on my way back to Millsboro. Communication with regard to the work was stellar and I was thoroughly impressed at the prompt, efficient service!! Please make sure to extend my thanks to both of them!! Although the shop is a tad bit far from home, it was totally worth the trip!! Fast, efficient service As usual, Mike Ferguson came to my rescue with good advice, saw that my headlight was replaced, and priced out a new interior for me. He also alerted me as to the need for new brakes at the next oil change and that the tires were soon going to need replacing. Mike is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and always sees to it that I know what needs repairs immediately, what can wait, and how long I have before the replacement is necessary for safety reasons. A finer employee you couldn't find anywhere. More

Superior customer service I had not asked for a loaner prior to arriving, I typically wait. As we were checking in I had mentioned I my schedule changed and I needed to be out I had not asked for a loaner prior to arriving, I typically wait. As we were checking in I had mentioned I my schedule changed and I needed to be out as soon as possible because I had a big group of family coming to my house shortly. Jason offered me a car so I could go to grocery store and when I returned and my car was finished helped move me groceries to my car. It was very thoughtful and helpful.
