I purchased a used Honda Accord with 106k on the odometer. I bought the car thinking that the timing belt had already been done. Most of these cars have to have it done between 80 and 100k. 1. Wh odometer. I bought the car thinking that the timing belt had already been done. Most of these cars have to have it done between 80 and 100k. 1. When I brought the car in for an oil change I discovered that you need to make an appointment, cant just drop the car off on a weekend. And I like thousands of others in this world have a 9-5job. And many of us cant get the car to service in the time allotted. Not to mention, my only alternative was to leave the car overnight... so I was left inconvenienced and without a car for the next day. Only for me to see the car the next day.. after the service had closed, without the ability to speak with who did the oil at all. I made this mistake 2x before finding out that their service is poor, their hours are SUBSTANDARD, and their prices.. aren't worth the cost of the xxxx sign. 2. When I brought the car in the 2nd time, I was informed by the tech, that the car in fact DID NOT have the belt done and it was going to be an expensive in the $650 range. 3. I also brought the car in about a week after my oil change to get my brakes done. I had expected new pads and my rotors to be sanded. I'm sure the pads got done, at a sum that I wasnt happy with. And after bringing the car back 2x (struggling to find a time to bring the xxxx car in for these yahoos to examine the brakes).... they still couldn't find any issues. So, bad brakes, (didn't TURN THE ROTORS), xxxxty oil change hours, and being lied to about my timing belt. These people couldn't fix a hole in a bag, with 2 cases OF DUCT TAPE. More
