Went to pick up my 2024 Cayenne from service because code indicated I needed a part, and after waiting a month for the part, the part they received was defective and I now have to wait for the part again. HOWEVER, while waiting for my car to be brought out from service, Chris Carrol was so nice, a pleasure to talk with, and he was able to answer and fix the 1 burning question Ive had, which was Why artist names and songs never shows on my 2024 but did on all the prior Cayennes. This made me so HAPPY because that has irritated me since the day I brought home my new car. Give Chris Carroll a shout out! More
