The sales team is exceptional, but the service team needs improvement, particularly in terms of responsiveness and proactiveness. I had to visit the dealer four times for the same issue, leaving my vehicle w improvement, particularly in terms of responsiveness and proactiveness. I had to visit the dealer four times for the same issue, leaving my vehicle with the service department for a week with no resolution, despite the issue being under warranty and the resolution being known and recurring.. I wasted a significant amount of time going back and forth for the same problem that should have been resolved under warranty. Needless to say, it was very disappointing and quite frustrating. The part that was the most frustrating was "the kicking the can down the road" part. I am not sure if it was because the vehicle was not purchased there or some other reason, but the extent to which I had to endure to resolve the issue was unacceptable. The expectation, regardless of where the vehicle was purchased, should have been resolution and not deferred resolution, whereby the selling dealership had to place multiple calls to get this resolved with Woodland Hills. It should never have come to this, where the customer experience was impacted due to the lack of being proactive, poor responsiveness, and not being customer-centric. The issue was resolved in one day after a month. I am glad that my problems are now resolved, but it has eroded my confidence in the brand and its service department, as it should not have taken 4 weeks to resolve the issue I experienced. . More
