Finally last week the car was waiting for us, exactly as we wished it to be. All along, Robb was always there for us to answer any questions, stay after the closing time to discuss the worries we had and make right choices. I initially went to Porsche of Stevens Creek because a salesman I knew and liked had moved there(George Acosta). I ended up ordering a 2011 cayenne with them and they managed to get me an earlier allocat salesman I knew and liked had moved there(George Acosta). I ended up ordering a 2011 cayenne with them and they managed to get me an earlier allocation as I was somewhat contrainted for time. Once the car arrived, they were pretty efficient at getting the paperwork done and the car prepped. I am hopeful the service experience will be just as good. As an aside, they have a good collection of cars and George was very good about letting me try out all the different choices. He wasn't pushy on closing a deal and was very patient as I made up my mind on what to get. Assuming my service experience is as good as my buying experience with them, I will definately do business with them again. More

Promised a 20% discount on any porsche performance items after the sale but not only couldn't get 20%, they were 10% higher than Carlsen. I've received better support and service on my Avalanche and Acura (which combined are still less than the P). They do not keep their promises let alone commitements to return calls etc. This won't be our last P car but it will be the last one from this dealership. Price was ok. It seems to really matter where you are in the model year that determines whatever discounts you'll get. Avoid avoid avoid. The other Bay area dealers can't possibly be worse. I think Carlsen is the place to go. More

Long story but bottom line negotiated and agreed to a deal on a car directly with Mark Wood, General Sales Manager at about 7 pm on 6/22/06. We agreed that we were done. I said I'd be by the next day to pick up the car and sign papers, drop off a check, etc. At 10 am on 6/23/06, Mark called to tell me the car was sold. I am completely stunned by this. How shocking.
