Long Story Short: Stevens Creek Porsche is pulling a bait and switch in order to scam customers to purchase watches and e-bikes. Beware Stevens Creek Porsche is full of employees trying to scam their cust and switch in order to scam customers to purchase watches and e-bikes. Beware Stevens Creek Porsche is full of employees trying to scam their customers! I was texting/emailing with the Internet Sales Manager and decided to come into the dealership to buy a car for MSRP (as advertised). When trying to buy that car, they said that if I wanted to buy the car, I also had to buy 2 Porsche watches, 1 Porsche E-Bike, Paint Protection Film, and Ceramic Coat. This came up to a total of more than $64,000 of extras! This is completely absurd and unheard of! Then when I asked what model of watch and what model of e-bike, they said they didn't know. The manager then rudely replied that if I'm asking what model of watch and what model of the e-bike, this deal may not be right for me. What is that supposed to mean?! Online all of their cars are being advertised as MSRP, but then when at the dealership, all of their cars say that you have to buy some Porsche watches and e-bikes. It is like a bait and switch! They are trying to scam customers and when customers don't follow their "rules", manners and politeness go out the door. Unbelievable! More

I worked with James Shin at Porsche Stevens Creek. I purchased a 2022 Cayman GTS 4.0. The purchase went fairly seamlessly, but issues started to arise when I started to ask about registering the car i I purchased a 2022 Cayman GTS 4.0. The purchase went fairly seamlessly, but issues started to arise when I started to ask about registering the car in my home state of Washington. James informed me that they weren't going to do any of the registration work for me and that I would have to do it myself. Problems started when James wouldn't send me the correct documents. I needed the original documents back that were signed plus proof of title/or title documents to register the car. James continuously kept saying that I didn't need those and emailed me blurry scanned copies instead. After numerous trips to the licensing office with what James had sent me, I kept getting turned down and was told I needed original copies and a proof of title to register the car. I relayed this message countless times to James, but nothing was sent. It's been almost a month since I received the Cayman but I haven't been able to even drive it because I don't have the documents to register the car. I don't have a temp plate either, which they refused to give me. I keep getting ignored and told that they would get to it when they have time but still no help from Porsche Stevens Creek or James Shin. I don't know what to do now. I have purchased a car that I can't register or legally drive. I've contacted Porsche North America, and I am hoping they can help. Please avoid this dealership. Something doesn't seem right about this purchase. I am not sure if they didn't legally own the car or what but I've never experience this sort of lack of respect for a new customer. More
This is hands down the worst car buying experience I have had. They aggressively made me pay in full for a CPO 911 Carrera weeks before the car was ready and then proceeded to drag their feet on delivery. Wh had. They aggressively made me pay in full for a CPO 911 Carrera weeks before the car was ready and then proceeded to drag their feet on delivery. When I finally picked it up, the vehicle smelled like an ashtray and rattled like an old jalopy. It also almost immediately started overheating and throwing a "Refill coolant immediately. Stop Driving." warning. I had the vehicle towed back to them where they attempted a repair and failed. Post-repair, the vehicle overheated and displayed the same warning barely 5 miles into the drive home from the dealership. It is now back with them and of the 47 days I've owned the vehicle, it's been with them for 34 and counting. I think the most aggravating part of this is the total radio silence from the salesperson, as well as all of his superiors despite the issues having been brought to their attention. Before posting this review, I emailed the entire chain of command up to the GM with a detailed timeline of issues encountered. It has been a week since then. They haven't even had the courtesy to apologize, leave alone compensate me for the inconvenience they have put me through. Truly atrocious customer service. They operate like a third rate used car dealership that takes no responsibility and has no accountability. I'm never buying a car here again and I recommend you don't either. It just isn't worth the trouble. I wish I hadn't bought their "we're enthusiasts trying to spread the love for these amazing cars" BS. If my experience is any indication, they're crooks out to make a buck at your expense and will wash their hands off you at the first opportunity they get. More

About 4 weeks ago, I went to Stevens Creek Porsche to look at a manual 992 4s cabriolet and met Dan. One week ago on Thursday March 25, Dan texted me that a fully loaded manual 2016 Targa 4 GTS just got look at a manual 992 4s cabriolet and met Dan. One week ago on Thursday March 25, Dan texted me that a fully loaded manual 2016 Targa 4 GTS just got traded in. He asked me if I am interested, I assured him that I am very much interested indeed. I went to test drive the car on Monday March 29th since that is the earliest day Dan can show it to me. Immediately after the test drive, I conveyed my strong interest and told Dan that I would be paying cash. It was late on Monday and the car still needs some work to be done: fix some scratches, put new tires, etc. Dan even said that he would CPO the car and so we scheduled the next day appointment to close the deal. I was planning to bring my wife to see the car and close the deal. At 3:28 pm on Tuesday March 30th, Dan texted me to confirm that I am still coming in with my wife, and I immediately replied yes, absolutely at 3:30pm, will be there around 5pm. A few minutes later, Dan texted me and said that unfortunately, the car was already sold to someone in Southern CA. This is an extremely disappointing experience, I am “REPEAT and LOCAL” customer who purchased a brand new 911 turbo from them before. I was so transparent and excited that I was coming in with my wife to close the deal and purchase the car. On Wednesday March 31st, I wrote the Sales General Manager Ramy Eldabbagh a polite email about this incident. Ramy’s reply was basically, sorry, first come first serve basis and we did not know that you are serious. Wow, I am speechless. This is not the right and professional way to treat a respectful repeat local customer! My wife and I are extremely disappointed. More
