I initially got to know James by exchanging emails about a different car that he was selling and it was then that I realised he's not your average car sales person. James' enthusiasm for Porsche cars and the brand literally jumped off the page! James is someone who loves cars and is not the typical sales person I've dealt with in the past who just wants to make a sale. As a car enthusiast myself, James is someone I could totally relate to and we instantly had a lot in common. We went back and forth a few times as James tried to understand my needs and wants. When I chose not to purchase the car I had initially asked about, James totally understood and was not in the least bit pushy. When James managed to secure a production slot for a 911 GT3 Touring he called me immediately and we wrapped up the deal in lightning speed. At all times, it was a true pleasure working with James. He's professional, diligent, an expert in his field and he's always accessible (often calling and texting me on his day off). Above all, James made the whole experience fun, stress-free and memorable. All of my prior experiences buying a car in the US and UK were mediocre at best. James and the team at Porsche Nashua are simply the best I've worked with. I couldn't be happier with my new 911 GT3 Touring! I don't know when I'll be buying my next Porsche but I do know that I'll be giving my business to James. More

From the first phone call, my interaction with this stellar dealership, and with my wonderful salesman James, made me more comfortable than I've ever been with any dealership. I would buy from this place for the rest of my life. James was: warm, professional, courteous, helpful, knowledgable, friendly. All of the superlatives apply. He went out of his way to help me out, including going to his local registry to get some new stickers for my EZ pass, and delivering the car to me at my home, an hour away. Switch and bait stay away I called this dealership for a car they had listed on line on cars.com. receptionist responds Mr John Terescikand confirms receiving email i alrea I called this dealership for a car they had listed on line on cars.com. receptionist responds Mr John Terescikand confirms receiving email i already sent inquiring about the car. I confirm reception of the email about the specific vehicle meaning the car is still available and confirmed by Mr John. he says he will have someone else a sales representative take over for further processsing my request. they send me an email asking for my TRade's info and pictures so i go and take pictures of my car and valuable personal time to satisfy their request thinking that it's all well and the car hasn't been sold. i submit the info about an hour later. 5 minutes later i get an email from Mr Daniel Mitsch telling me that he is " Sorry the car was sold" really? is that how do business at your dealership? posting phony cars that you dont have in invetory to get business and waste people's time? not only that he says that without money in house we cannot hold cars? did you ever ask me for a deposit to hold money and i said no? i will be filing a complaint with consumeraffairs and other venues to teach you a lesson not to take people for idiots. keep up the good work Nashua Porsche coning people. and also i would like to Thank Mr John Terescik for wasting my time and lying about the car being available when i first called.
