He offered his experience with the product to help us understand positives and negatives of various options given our needs. Without me asking he suggested my spouse and I take the car for a drive… Not some short "all right hand turn" drive either! He told us take it out for 20-30 minutes to really get the "feel" of it... That was a great hook, after 20 minutes in the car there was no way I was going home without it! The rest of his team was just as competent, friendly and no pressure. They detailed our car as we finished the paperwork and then sent us on our way with a full tank of fuel! More
