great experience. john really knew what i wanted and made it all happen better than expected. there was no pressure applied, but of course, Porsche reall sells itself. still, after looking at many ot made it all happen better than expected. there was no pressure applied, but of course, Porsche reall sells itself. still, after looking at many other makes of cars, and dealing with many other sales people, John made the experience very nice. including adding some great touches to the car that i wasn't aware of, but made the car look "over the top". one great birthday present from my wife. I purchased a slightly used Porsche Cayman after seeing it advertised on the internet. As I live out of state I had to rely on the dealer and their inspection of the car, which turned out to be very accura it advertised on the internet. As I live out of state I had to rely on the dealer and their inspection of the car, which turned out to be very accurate- the car was in excellent condition. They went out of their way to be there on a Sunday when the trucker arrived to pick up the car. The communication by email and phone was easy and there were no problems with the paperwork getting the car registered in my state. Thank you for an enjoyable experience. More

Probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. I felt like I was buying more than a fantastic car, but a lifestyle. The staff at Porsche of Monterey were professional. They knew their product and seemed to enjoy sharing that product with the customer. The sale was smooth with no issues. The service staff, like the sales staff, seemed genuinely excited about their product. Additionally, the service bay was immaculate, a welcomed change from other dealerships I have worked with. I truly look forward to working with Porsche of Monterey in the future as I enjoy my new mistress, a sexy, long-legged, and beautiful blonde - a Speed Yellow Cayman! More

I was astonished a to find a Dodge Ram for sale at a Porsche Dealership and they didn't disappoint. The truck was immaculate and the customer service was honest and straightforward. He was very quick to return my calls and he made things happen. The price for the truck was better than what I expected and he made it happen for me. I would trust John to handle any service and because he was very attentive and knew how to deal with me. I would ask for him by name if I ever wanted to go to this dealership again and I would recommend him to anyone interested in a Porsche. The General Manager was Larry Wendell. He had all the answers to all the questions I had made sure the negotiation went smoothly. Julia Jenkins handled my financial paperwork she was very thorough and courteous. I recently decided to purchase a 2012 Porsche Cayenne Turbo. I made a personal visit to one Southern California Dealership and was given a personal contact at another dealer by someone in the exotic car Turbo. While I was provided with a test drive at one dealer I found the lack of follow thru to be very disappointing. Having had very good service at Ferrari and Lamborghini dealerships, I got the impression that Porsche just did not understand customer service. Having recently moved to Cambria, I called the closest Porsche dealership to my home in hopes of having a better experience. I ended speaking with a very personable sales advisor, Peter Savale. Not only did he seem interested, but within a day he had assisted me in selecting my car with options and a negotiated purchase price. He even secured an advanced build date for my car by trading out one of their slots of another model. We have been back and forth over the past 2 weeks to finalize things. He has been consistently responsive to my inquiries with complete answers. He is very knowledgeable and personable and has made my Porsche purchase a pleasure. I recommend Peter without any reservations if you want to purchase a Porsche! More
