Found the car I was looking for on the dealership's website and sent an email inquiry. John Bassett, the Internet Sales Director, got back to me promptly. He was courteous and knowledgeable. We arrived at a fair price on the car very quickly, and also a fair price on my trade-in, and he was transparent during the entire process...I never felt that there were any "salesman games" going on at all. Arranged to pick the car up the next day, and that process was also very smooth with no surprises. Their Finance dept. was also very friendly and efficient and didn't play any games. When purchasing a car this expensive, it's great when there are no surprises and you get exactly what you expect. I've already recommended John to two other friends who are considering getting a new Porsche. That's about the highest praise you can give! More

Peter and all the staff I dealt with at the dealership where very professional and straight forward. The car was as described and they where very helpful in telling me its service history and present con where very professional and straight forward. I visited the dealership initially looking at the Cayenne diesel. Met John Bassett who was very professional, and clearly was very knowledgeable about the porsche line. After driving the diesel, we went for a ride in the GTS, and i was sold. I told John that i would buy the car through him, but wanted a black one--could he find one. Several days later he called and located one that was in production and was destined for their dealership. when the car arrived, it had a different interior than was on the manifest, so i declined the car. John found what i wanted from another dealership--the car was in production in Germany. He traded a turbo for it, and secured the car. He kept me apprised of the status of the delivery throughout, and delivered the car to my home in Menlo Park when i couldn't make the trip down to Monterey. I don't know what more i could ask for.
