I was interested in a used 997 that John had placed on eBay and unfortunately I am on the other side of the country with no chance of flying out to see the car. I made the initial call to John, asked questions about photos, the known damage history, etc. John offered to send over more information and I began to seriously consider the car. After many additional phone calls, I made an offer and the deal was done. John was responsive throughout the process and provided status updates regarding paperwork and shipping. At first it seemed a little bit daunting negotiating on a CPO car sight unseen, but by the time I boarded the plane, I was comfortable that I would find the car as promised, and I was not disappointed.
