He was able to give me a great price, and throughout the (agonizing) three month build process he provided regular updates. Delivery day was extremely memorable. Meeting John in person for the first time, I wasn't sure what to expect, but he turned out to be warm, friendly, attentive, and professional. He seemed just as excited about my new car as I was! He took extra time to show me all the little details on the car and to set up all the electronics properly, which I definitely appreciated. The reams of paperwork are always a bit of a slog, but he worked through it with good humor and efficiency. I would absolutely recommend John! More

We spoke for a while regarding my thoughts and concerns on a rather large purchase, i had never spent this kind of money on a car . John had a calming attitude no pushy hurry choose a car. We test drove a car, during the drive he explained the in's and out's for the car, once we returned to the dealership i still was not able to choose a model. I said to John can you pull the two models side by side, without any delay he walked back to the showroom for keys to move 3 cars (what a guy) once they were side by side it was clear. I had emailed with John Bassett about the car a few days prior and we got many of the basic questions about the car out of the way. When I came down for the test drive, John was quick to come greet us and explained the car to us in detail. He is very knowledgeable about the cars he sells, which is a big plus and did not pressure us in any way! Even during the negotiations I never felt like I was being taken advantage of and I believe we arrived at a fair price pretty quickly. It’s been a week after the purchase and John has been very attentive to any questions I have had about the car and replied promptly. Would I buy another car from this dealership – absolutely!
