During our wait for the vehicle, the responsibility for our account moved to John Bassett - who was also helpful, keeping us informed of progress (eventually the vehicle turned up 3 weeks early - while we were out of town). When we returned to pick-up the vehicle we met John, and he guided us through the remainder of the process - perhaps 2-3 hours to complete the paperwork (Gary Miller) and a short overview of the features of the vehicle (John Bassett).
