Stay Away!!! Stay away, far away, from these losers. I was shocked how bad this dealer is given Porsche's standards and reputation. I recently bought a 2015 used C Stay away, far away, from these losers. I was shocked how bad this dealer is given Porsche's standards and reputation. I recently bought a 2015 used Cayenne from Porsche Monterey. If I could give them "half a star" I would but that's not an option. I previously owner a Cayenne for 4 years starting in 2008. It was a great car and I had good experience with two different dealers servicing the car. The service here at Porsche Monterey is the worst I've ever seen in 48 years of car ownership. The people who have listed them at 4 Star+ must have relatives working here. They use "shills" on the floor to get you to make a quick decision, by saying "these people want that car so you must decide now". I saw through it but it was still annoying. They couldn't get my paperwork right. Because of their screw up on the DMV paperwork I didn't get my plates for over 4 months. My pink slip came some time after that. My temp Registration expired and when I called to ask for help they made me feel like i was trying to steal their lunch. "Be patient they said - it takes 6 weeks" before I could say "but it's been 4 months!!" It has been such a hassle my wife and I hate the car now. They called me for a "recall " repair so I scheduled a visit. After 2 hours waiting they said they couldn't get the part to work and I would have to come back when they got the new part. They never called me again and I had to go to another dealer to get it fixed over three months later. There were other things too numerous to mention - mix up on the "Due Bill", wrong floor mats, wrong VIN # etc.. Multiple screw ups but I got nothing but attitude when I asked for help. Because of my experience I will never own a Porsche again. So, the bottom line is this: once you negotiate a price and sign the papers, they think they can deliver a sub-par experience, and a car in sub-par condition. Unfortunately If you try to get what was agreed to, they make you feel like you're trying to rob them. And the used car laws protect sleaze bags like these guys. Life is too short for this. Stay away, far away. More

He reserved the car for me in advance so I could commit to flying, and then took his time with me showing me the car. Renee was also great in talking me through the contracts. I appreciate the spirit they all have — there were no surprises and they seem authentically interested in helping people get the car they want. More

Dealer brought in local repair to touch up paint - paint now peeling off. Dealer supposedly orders new dashboard- two months later no call back to let me know if the dashboard is coming. Bottom line is the follow up at this dealer is horrible and the product has multiple issues that still has yet to be resolved. Please shop elsewhere! More

Given my location out of state and work schedule I knew that, for my first time ever, I would be purchasing a car having never seen it! When I contacted John he understood how this transaction would have to proceed. He answered all of my questions and knew the car well (surprisingly many dealers seem to have no idea what they are selling....not so with John). John was willing to take pictures of the car even sending them with his personal cell phone! I was happy with the pictures and car description. John (and Porsche Monterey) allowed us to place a down payment with a credit card (not always done)....and then the finance team made the rest of the purchase easy. Lastly, John helped us set up enclosed transport for the car - at less than I had seen advertised anywhere else. The car arrived in perfect condition. John helped make this transaction as easy as an in-state purchase. We couldn't be happier with this dealership and John's service. Definite recommend! More

Paperwork was quick and painless, and we are enjoying our new Porsche! Highly recommending the drive to Monterey - great dealership and you can also grab a delicious meal and have a nice drive home.
