He was always kind, attentive and responsive to my needs as both a first-time Porsche acquirer as well as an out of town customer. He provided insightful guidance from both a style and technical standpoint. You cant rush perfection especially with such a great degree of bespoke customization so I didn't take delivery until April 2020, albeit delays were due to the ongoing COVID19 events. I worked directly with the dealership manager Aaron on the financial side and he was forthright and transparent, getting me the best possible terms. Heather processed my documents and couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. Everyone at this dealership I worked with displayed tremendous business integrity. Porsche of course has a brilliant product but the folks at the dealership do not rest on their laurels. The quality of their customer service meets or even exceeds Porsche's automotive performance. All in all, it was absolutely a pleasure to do business at Porsche Monterey. I am thoroughly looking forward to my next interaction with the team on the service and event/customer outreach side and in the interim I give my wholehearted recommendation. More

Missed Opportunity The title of this review may sound negative but read on. John sold us our 2018 CPO Macan in December, 2019. He did an excellent job with the transact The title of this review may sound negative but read on. John sold us our 2018 CPO Macan in December, 2019. He did an excellent job with the transaction and delivery. We felt very good about the purchase until we got the car home and found that it didn't have a memory function for the drivers seat. Since we'd both be driving this vehicle this is a major inconvenience. Our other Porsche (2009 911) has seat memory and our 17 year old Mercedes has seat memory so we didn't even think to look and wrongly assumed any "luxury" German car would have that feature as standard equipment. Had John pointed that out we would have considered a different Macan regardless of price up to and including a new vehicle. Thus the missed opportunity. Beyond that we love the car and would do business with John again. More
