He was always kind, attentive and responsive to my needs as both a first-time Porsche acquirer as well as an out of town customer. He provided insightful guidance from both a style and technical standpoint. You cant rush perfection especially with such a great degree of bespoke customization so I didn't take delivery until April 2020, albeit delays were due to the ongoing COVID19 events. I worked directly with the dealership manager Aaron on the financial side and he was forthright and transparent, getting me the best possible terms. Heather processed my documents and couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. Everyone at this dealership I worked with displayed tremendous business integrity. Porsche of course has a brilliant product but the folks at the dealership do not rest on their laurels. The quality of their customer service meets or even exceeds Porsche's automotive performance.
