Brought my 2018 Cayman S in for service at the Porsche Chantilly location. The staff greeted me immediately and provided the appropriate COVID-19 measures for my car. The staff ensured the technician understood my issue vs leaving the vehicle. After a quick test ride the technician quickly determined the issue and put it on the rack for repair. As this was my first time visiting the sales representative provided me with a tour of their dealership. The staff were all courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.
