So disappointed. I just left from the dealership to see if I can get a test drive and an overview of a Cayenne. Only one sales associate was working with a client while I was there for approximately 20 min if I can get a test drive and an overview of a Cayenne. Only one sales associate was working with a client while I was there for approximately 20 minutes. The rest didn’t have anyone. Then another client walked in about 5 minutes later and was immediately greeted. I was in disbelief and I walked away. After the sales associate that was working with a client prior to my arrival wrapped up his session, I let him know about my experience. I asked him if they take appointments. His answer was no. This is the second time that I’ve experienced this at this dealership. The first time it took 30 minutes. I wanted to give them a chance but I’ll be going to another Porsche dealership that will respect someone’s time in the near future. More

Well, first of all it is brand new state of automotive art dealership. It is literally beautiful. But once you make it inside to the cars it gets even better. Came to this dealership after a very bad experience at another VA Porsche dealer while trying to order a new Porsche. Porsche Chantilly is so opposite of that place.
