I've had the pleasure over the last few weeks of dealing with Eric Ekpa at Porsche Chantilly. Eric is a consummate professional. When it comes to my vehicle purchases I tend to be very analytic and want to with Eric Ekpa at Porsche Chantilly. Eric is a consummate professional. I understand that can be trying for sales team members but its so for myself I can have a complete picture of the situation and my various options. He answered all my questions, and provided as much information as I requested about each any every little item as part of deal. At negotiation time he present my options from the dealerships discussion and we have a back and forth discussion which eventually led to a purchase that I'm very happy with (and hopefully the dealership as well). I made an out of state purchase from Porsche Chantilly that was, to say the least, quite challenging. Because MA (the state in which I live) does not issue temporary plates, aligning the planets of vehicl that was, to say the least, quite challenging. Thanks to a dedicated insurance agent and the team at Chantilly, I was able to make the purchase and am now a very happy customer. When I got to VA, Eric Ekpa and the sales manager, Jahangir Shahid were waiting for me with the car ready for my inspection. While there, they offered me every courtesy and made my purchase experience an unqualified, and very pleasant, success. Top marks all around! More

My interaction with this dealership was for a service check on an item on my CPO Porsche 911. I delt with the service advisor Mike. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.
