The entire team is outstanding and really knows what customer service is all about. This goes from the top down as I was able to talk with management as well. I felt like Robert really listened to what we were wanting and he was able to assist in finding the right solution for us (I suspect we may not be easy to deal with). He was extremely knowledgable about all facets of the brand and was able to make sure we got what we needed. In the end we (momma) were very happy with our purchase. I might add my wife felt very comfortable working with Robert as he has a great demeanor and we all know if momma ain't happy, nobody is happy. Thanks for making this a fun and exciting experience! I arrived at 15-mins till closing, but he stayed the additional hours long past that to see things through to the end. The only thing that can top his level of professionalism is that of his outstanding colleagues. You see, I brought my 4th-grader along for the ride and as she spent time camped out in the lounge, she too had great things to say about the staff. "These people are sooooo nice!!!" I would highly recommend Leith Porsche, I left with an Aston Martin, but I hope to return in the years ahead to grab a Cayman or, even better, that nice looking Panamera I had my eyes on. More
