In fact I was scheduled to look at and test drive a 2018 Macan in Sacramento, California. After speaking with Manuela on the phone, I changed my plans and decided to drive to Leith instead. My experience with her and Leith was painless. That alone would be enough to write a good review. But Manuela also made it fun and enjoyable. Not an easy task when one is spending $70,000. And while I know because I’m old and I have done this many times, that her allegiance was to her employer, I truly felt like she was also looking out for my interest as a buyer. I would recommend to my friends, (and many of them can afford Porsches) that they consider your dealership if they’re ever in the market... and I would recommend that they reach out to Manuela just to see what she is all about. I had intended to rave about my experience immediately upon returning, but there is more to the story. I am in the middle of moving, and was planning on purchasing a car after the move was completed. But after speaking with Manuela, I changed my plans and went in the middle of the move to North Carolina to visit Leith Porsche. Since I have returned home with my new car, it has been in a garage while I completed the move. Like I said I’ve done this many times before and I hope that the delay in me writing a review is no reflection on her, or the dealership. I’m sure the end of the month is still a magical day for automobile dealers, but I also had to be moved by the same deadline. Manuela Rijkse quickly helped me to identify a perfect new car for me. The very next day I drove home a Cayman GTS. I came in on Wednesday afternoon to exchange cars and spent less than 90 minutes turning in my lease, signing papers for my new car. Manuela then went over the new features of the new model. The car is a marvel of engineering and comfort. I am grateful for Manuelas efficient help and will definitely refer all my friends to her. On first meeting, I was somewhat unsettled about buying a BMW 428i and I decided to think about car and purchase concept. On second visit, I was better prepared and focused. Anyway, Robert and Joseph were excellent counsellors throughout. My surprise conclusion is - I am driving 428i today. Seems surreal. I recommend you visit with Robert and Joseph and come away with a surprise conclusion as well. More

The entire team is outstanding and really knows what customer service is all about. This goes from the top down as I was able to talk with management as well. I felt like Robert really listened to what we were wanting and he was able to assist in finding the right solution for us (I suspect we may not be easy to deal with). He was extremely knowledgable about all facets of the brand and was able to make sure we got what we needed. In the end we (momma) were very happy with our purchase.
