As it turned out, they had a perfectly equipped 2015 Cayman S for my tastes. I emailed the dealership's general account on Monday afternoon. Nathan Hansen got back in touch with me almost immediately. I hate talking on the phone, and he never once balked at communicating through email and texts. By Tuesday, we had the deal sealed up (with a fair offer for my Boxster S), and by Wednesday Nathan personally delivered the car to me (in SC). Nathan was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process. I'm cursed with an elephant's memory for details and Nathan never let a single request of mine drop.
