From initial contact via e-mail to test drive then purchase, he was superb - prompt efficient communication with great attention to detail. I live just over 90 miles away and he was willing to deliver it to me if desired - I wanted to drive it back home so didn't need to take up that offer. We agreed on a mutually acceptable price that was very fair for the excellent condition the car is in. All in all an excellent customer experience.
