Going the extra mile!!!! I found my 2017 Corvette Grand Sport Special Edition online and I knew it was the one. I called Leith Porsche and spoke to Robert Brooks at 8am and he I found my 2017 Corvette Grand Sport Special Edition online and I knew it was the one. I called Leith Porsche and spoke to Robert Brooks at 8am and he set the wheels in motion. Robert was able to get me all the info and arranged the out of state purchase. I was on the road from Virginia Beach by 4pm headed for Cary, NC. He kept the lights on and the doors open past closing in order for me to get there and close the deal. I was back on the road in 45 min on the way home in my new Corvette. He went above and beyond to make this happen. The level of support and professionalism at Leith Porsche was incredible. I would defiantly purchase a vehicle there again. More

Great Experience! Everyone I encountered at Leith Porsche was great to work with. Robert Brooks and Jason Jones were very responsive to my concerns. It's fine, figured i hear from them later on. Well it took about two minutes and the sales rep hunted me down and asked me to come meet with John, saying he at least likes to me everyone. BTW, i am a Porsche owner and Leith Porsche customer. John asked me why were apart on price (We only $4k apart and they made no movement) and then sniped at me "well i'm not giving you money to take one of my cars" and walked out. That behaviour isn't expected from a premier brand dealer. More

Poor Customer Service Don't Keep their sales promises. Salesmen made promises to sell me a car that they didn't follow through with after the sale. Car that was bought, needed repairs to pass VA state inspection. They stated they'd pay for the repairs as part of the sale. They refused to pay. I was stuck with the repair bill!! Salesperson refused the invoice and any phone calls. I will never buy there again More

Top Notch customer service I would like to start out by describing our arrival. My wife and I arrived in a bare bones Ford Fiesta, which incidentally wound up having a flat I would like to start out by describing our arrival. My wife and I arrived in a bare bones Ford Fiesta, which incidentally wound up having a flat tire in the Leith parking lot. Joe was very polite and sensitive to what could have been a stereotypical, or prejudice situation. He did not jump to any conclusions upon our arrival, instead he treated us with respect and conveyed his knowledge of their products as if we were anyone looking to buy a luxury sport car. After a brief conversation a walk around the lot, we all sat at his desk where he did a quick search of accessible inventory. What he found was the perfect car for us, we test drove it and ultimately purchased the car. The important thing to me is the service we experienced from the staff at the dealership; Jamie himself aired up our flat tire then took it back to the shop to have the spare put on at no expense; Fritz walk us through not only Leith's finance options but was able to get further details on our banks finance options, and that detailed information led us to finance through Leith. In the end we were welcomed into the Porsche family, and if not for the care and consideration of Joe and staff we would not have purchased a car that day. Treated with respect I was looking to trade in my Jeep for a Miata. Due to Miatas being hard to find and Jeeps being in high demand, I dealt wth many dealerships that trie I was looking to trade in my Jeep for a Miata. Due to Miatas being hard to find and Jeeps being in high demand, I dealt wth many dealerships that tried to rip me off due to my age. I’m a 19 year old college student, so when I would walk into a lot of dealerships asking for their used Miatas, their sales tactic was to undersell me on the Jeep and shove a Charger in my face. However, at Leith, Joseph treated me like he would any other customer, without trying to rip me off or tell me what I should want. The dealership presented me with a fair price off the bat rather than having me negotiate for hours to get an acceptable price, every bit of probelms and payments were handled easily, and the facility and staff themselves were excellent. Also, after buying the Miata, the service they gave me afterwords was excellent. At Leith Porsche you are garunteed a certain level of respect and luxury, and Joseph himself treated me greatly. More
