Robert Brooks is excellent I'm not generally impressed by sales people, however Robert is the exception to my experience. I like the title that Porsche gave him of Brand Ambass I'm not generally impressed by sales people, however Robert is the exception to my experience. I like the title that Porsche gave him of Brand Ambassador, it's far more accurate. He really knows the details of his cars. He never once pushed us during the process. The most he did was ask a question, "So what would you like to do?" He is willing to let you go away and think about it if you need too which shows confidence in the product he is representing and himself. I'm sure he has more people return and buy than not. The purchase transaction was smooth from his part, the back office did have a few paperwork issues, but they straighten them out quickly. Overall it was a very pleasant buying experience. More

I horrible experience, unorganized My car stayed at Leith Porsche for 15 days. Seven days before initial diagnostic was performed, and that was after I had to speak to the manager. Bu My car stayed at Leith Porsche for 15 days. Seven days before initial diagnostic was performed, and that was after I had to speak to the manager. But that is not the worst part, the fact that no one calls you with an update is beyond irritating. I had to call for updates, to which I am told I will get an update call by the end of the day or the next day, which never happened. For two days after speaking to the manager I did get calls, just to be honest, but then back to not getting promised calls. even worse, my service adviser attempted to pass made up excuses for delays, ones he contradicted the next day. It was the most horrific and upsetting experience at a service center in my entire life. I want to believe that this is not the way things are normally at Leith Porsche, it was my first visit. More
