In the beginning I thought it was going to be great but as the day and a half went on and I ran into probably the most terrible rain that we've had here in the Northwest for a day and a half I felt like I needed to get that rental car back as soon as possible nobody went over what the problems were with my car I actually brought it in for a recall and Nicole never went over the results nothing just tell me that I needed to get the car back because other people were in my same situation but my situation was very unique and I would have never even brought the car in had I not got a recall on it It's a vehicle that I very rarely drive and I have it in suspension unless I drive it call me if you want to get some more information about my reaction to my experience which was very negative I was given a card of someone because I thought I would be interested in buying a Porsche The courtesy car was great but I would like a little better vehicle if I were to purchase one when I return the car of course Nicole had smiles but it was a very very difficult situation for me and I was appreciative of the courtesy car but not of the experience with her and I'm sorry to say that.
