Years ago I wasn't a fan of the former Barrier Porsche in Bellevue, but I appreciate the staff and attention to excellence at the Porsche Bellevue that is now part of the AutoNation dealership network. I had exceptional communication throughout my service thanks to Anastasia and the rest of the team, my courtesy car was ready, and I received text and video updates via phone throughout the entire service. I had questions about upcoming service and was provided a detailed future estimate, which is exceptionally helpful for planning expenses next year. My car was returned ahead of schedule and everything feels and handles great. I'll be back! Thank you!

I had to drop off my car after hours after a tire blowout. Porsche Bellevue was great, they were able to fit me in and fix the issue by 2pm the next day. Excellent service on the whole!

What a fantastic experience, everytime I take my car to Porsche Bellevue. I would like to especially thank Nicole and Jordan for very customer friendly. While driving on 405 S, lot of lane adjustment, Panamera hit a bad pothole, that compromized the tire and dented the wheel (beyond repair). Nicole worked relentlessly with warrenty to get the claim. The service department identified what had failed in my brakes, replaced the rear wiper motor, and repaired several components inside the cabin. The service was of good quality and the staff were pleasant. However, I was very dissatisfied that they violated our agreement: instead of returning the vehicle on 12/15 as promised, they gave it back to me four days later without any prior notice that they were closed or that there would be a delay. This upset me greatly, despite the quality of the work performed.
