“That’s not my problem.” Have been a customer since 2009, they are now AutoNation owned, their service attitude now is "That's not my problem." Service manager Andrew did not Have been a customer since 2009, they are now AutoNation owned, their service attitude now is "That's not my problem." Service manager Andrew did not even bother to reply to voicemail, service representative Matt was frustrated that I would complain when he was not even "responsible" (Gabe, the original rep was out of town). Customer service on the level of a used AutoNation lot. Dealer is a poor representative of a great brand and great products. Very similar experience among multiple other Porsche owners I have known with this service department. Let Porsche USA know this dealer is terrible. More
